The USS Missouri is docked at Ford Island. This Battleship (BB-63) is longer and wider than Titanic and a lot more intimidating. This ship is still the largest floating battleship in the world and it was an active navy ship from 1944 up to 1992. It actually was in battle during the operation Desert storm in 1991. If you remember the tomahawk missiles that CNN filmed in Bagdad city center. They were fired from the Migty Mo as USS Missouri is nicknamed.

The World War started with the USS Arizona, and it ended on USS Missouri. The peace treaty was signed on Mighty Mo’s gun deck while it was anchored in Tokyo harbor on the 2 September 1945.
