Melbourne

A new capter on this journey. And Melbourne don't disappoint. A lot of Victorian/Gothic arcitectur of course, but a compact city center for a town of this size. (larger than LA)

Again friendly atmosfer, not to buisy and walking distanse to most of the things you want to see.

This is a city buildt on the rewenues from the Australiand gold rush from 1850 to the finansel crash in 1889 and it shows.

Getting around is also easy. The old trams are running a curculer rout and it is Free of charge👍

At night time most of the groundfloor bars and pubs closes at 10, but if you know were to look you will find small narrow doors and stairs leading to the roofs.

Its like a “speak easy” from the roaring 20’s The places are discussed like a reataurant, you walk to the back and speak to a guard and then you are lett thru via intercom to the roof..

And this is were you find the Aussies having cocktail's and Cuban sigars into the small houers, and you can by sigars and enjoy it at the table. 😃👍

Its close to Christmas and that is quit obvius.

By the way. When you walk home at night and you approach a pedestrian crossing this shows up.
